We are determined to maintain the best possible prices, so you get the best deal. To ensure you can shop at Gadget Grotto with confidence, we offer a Price Promise on all our products. If you find the same product selling at a cheaper price online by any one of our competitors, we will refund you 110% of the difference!

In other words, if you paid £10 for a product at Gadgetgrotto.com and then saw it elsewhere selling for £5.00, we will refund you £5.00 plus 10%; your refund will therefore be £5.50.

How do I claim my Price Promise refund?

Simply log onto your Your Account, go to Customer Support, Request a New ticket and choose Request Type: Price. We will aim to respond within 24 hours. Before you make your claim, please carefully read the below Terms and Conditions.

Terms and Conditions:

• Price Promise is valid for 7 days after purchase
• The product that has been found at a cheaper price must be brand new and identical to the product purchased from Gadget Grotto.
• The product that has been found at a cheaper price must be readily available and in stock with our competitor.
• The product must be available to all customers.
• The compared price is based on the total price (including delivery) after the deduction of any offers or promotions.
• Proof of the cheaper price must be provided. We will decide whether or not it is acceptable and a refund will be raised once the claim is verified by us.
• The Price Promise is at our complete discretion on all items.
• All claims must be raised via the "Your Account" option. Requests by phone or email will not be considered.
