How to Order

Adding to Basket:

Step 1:

Once you have chosen a product, click on the 'Add to Basket' button in the bottom right-hand corner of the page to add the product to your shopping basket.

You have the option to add gift wrap to your purchase for £5.00 by selecting 'Add Gift Wrap'.

Step 2:

You will then be taken to your shopping basket. Here, you can increase or decrease the quantity of the product you would like to purchase but clicking on the '+' or '-' buttons.

If you decide you do not want to purchase the item anymore, it can be removed from your shopping basket by clicking on the 'bin' icon.

The price will change in the 'Checkout options' section according to the quantity of items you have decided you want.

Next, you can choose to 'Continue Shopping' or continue to the 'Checkout'.

Checking Out:

Step 1:

Select where you would like your purchase to be shipped to, from the drop-down menu.
Note: We only ship to destinations in the United Kingdom.

Then select the shipping method you wish to use, from the drop-down menu.You can then choose to apply any 'Discount Codes' you may have.

The total price of your order, which includes the product(s), any discounts and delivery, is the 'Order Total'. All prices are inclusive of VAT, however Order summaries are broken down so you can view the VAT charged.

You can then select to pay with a Credit or Debit card, with Google Checkout or with PayPal. When paying with Google Checkout or PayPal, select which one you wish to pay with and you will be asked to sign in to your Google Checkout or PayPal account, and then follow the paying process.

Step 2:

When paying with a Credit or Debit card, if you are a returning customer you will be prompted to 'Login' to avoid having to re-enter your details.

If you are a new customer, you should fill in your details, including your billing address, and select whether you would like to have the product delivered to this address or a different one, in which case you need to enter a delivery address.

Finally, click on 'Proceed to Payment'.

Step 3:

Your 'Delivery Address' and 'Billing Address' will be displayed, along with your order breakdown and 'Order Total'.

Simply enter your Credit or Debit card details and click 'Pay'.

Step 4:

Your order will be complete and you will be able to view your 'Order Summary'.

If you wish, you can print your 'Order Confirmation'.
